Okay, so I can NOT wait to share this one! I decided to try an avocado in my juice and WOW, it was a great change to my juicing routine! This one is inspired by the lovely Amanda P, so I named it after her!
“Peaches & Avocados for Amanda”
- Coconut water
- 1 large banana
- 1 large avocado
- 2-3 handfuls spinach
- 2-3 cups peaches (they’re out of season, so I used frozen and organic peaches)
I blended all ingredients in my blender and made an amazing smoothie textured whole juice. Substituted with any other dark leafy green for the spinich, but I chose spinach for its mild taste and soft texture that will blend easily with the other ingredients.
