Rant that you’re not going to like……. I am SICK and tired of the fitness and bodybuilding community. How the fuck can you admit to using steroids, explain your cycle, injection spots, stack etc. and then plug your fucking preworkout, clothing, test booster, BCAA, and protein company! Do you really think your fucking BCAA stack will elicit the same response! Just be real with yourself! I’m tired of all of these companies selling people a facade. Supplements are not regulated by the FDA! These companies are the reason why the industry is so fucked up! I respect the work ethic in the gym, the hustle, and all of that. I get it. But god dammit, I can’t see another person capitalizing on another desperate person by lying straight to their face and I am the one who has to clean up the mess by telling them that they’ll never look that way. I’m not HATING at all. I have been in this industry for over a decade and know how shit works but please spare me the spiel about how your supplement line is the best for unrealistic hypertrophy gain. Supplements have their place and do work in some regard but damn people, nothing works like the real deal! Can’t you see that! I know I’ll get hammered on this topic but unless you’ve been in the game as long as I have (14years) then please don’t even bother telling me that your preworkout “bro sauce”is the answer!
I really love what he said!
At Alpha Elite, we focus on being healthy and happy, naturally. If you eat something and it makes you feel like shit, stop eating it. It’s that simple. We will never sell you on this stuff. We won’t try to force you into our brand of diet, supplements, and fitness.
Changing your lifestyle starts by paying attention to your body’s reaction to certain foods. I have done paleo, carb cycling, show prep, carb back loading, intermittent fasting, and more! I gave each 100% for at least 30 days or more, and seen various successes. Now, Kimberly and I are eating a diet that at least 80% plant-based and I feel better than I ever have. I am happy for me and Kimberly, but, that doesn’t necessarily mean an 80% plant-based diet will work for YOU… and that’s okay!
When you decide to try something new, give it your all! You can’t decided whether it works at just 4 days in. Instead of focusing on the belly or the muscles, try focusing on your health. Your body will change when you take care of it. I promise you that. Don’t overwhelm yourself with food, it shouldn’t be stressful. Don’t listen to the TV shows and or the health-food store salesman, listen to yourself! Start with small changes and be realistic. Being healthy is not a 30 day challenge, it’s a lifetime.
